Mission

Permanent Fund Investments provides for the fiscal needs of the Permanent Fund in perpetuity by investing in a portfolio of diversified assets.

Permanent Fund Investments is responsible for working with the Investment Committee and Tribal Council to manage the assets of the Permanent Fund, ensuring that asset allocation, investment policies, and investment risk are appropriately aligned with the Tribe’s long-term financial goals. A major focus of the department is to recommend investment strategies and managers that will add to the portfolio’s overall performance. The department also provides advice regarding the investment activities of the Minor’s Trust funds, the Tribal employee retirement plan, and the Tribe’s bonds, swap agreements, and credit ratings.
